What is Europarty
Dates : 24 April /25
A party that will merge together all European School students from all Europeans schools!

an experience you don't want to miss. This year hosted in Amsterdam and planned by the Europarty Committee of Bergen! Daniel Horgan and Sergio Wolter

This Party is STRICKTLY 16+
ID will be required at the door.

Ticket Prices:
European School Students: €17,00 or €35,00 (incl. 6 coins)
Non European School Students: €22,00 or €39,00 (incl. 6 coins)

Drinks:
Drinks will be paid with coins.
One coin is €3.00

How to buy your ticket (ES Luxembourg)

From the 2nd of February you will be able to register yourself for a ticket.
You will be giving your name (full) , class and age.
You will be given a form to sign, by both you and your parents if you are not aged +18. Agree with the Terms and Conditions.
If the paper is given in, you will be able to buy a ticket for the price (See above) €17,00 or €35,00 (incl. 6 coins)

1.2 Transfer Costs : The Pupils Committee arranged 2 buses to get students from Luxembourg to amsterdam and back.

BUS :

Cost : 38 EURO
the bus will take us to Amsterdam, and take us back to Luxembourg , early morning . You will sleep in the bus on our way to Luxembourg.
ITS NOT OBLIGATORY to choose the Pupils Committee bus , but it is going to be
cheaper, safer and an experience you will remember!

Terms and Conditions

The paper that will be given to you and will have to be signed by your parents and you, unless you are aged 18 or more.

In two words, we do not take responsibility for you being in Amsterdam. Only for the good running of the party.

You will have to give in this paper after registering yourself , in order to purchase a ticket

Spoiler:: The Europarty experiences begins Saturday 24th of April at 9.15 am

Planning : * people travelling by bus only
Saturday 24th :
*9.15 am : meeting at the parking of the European School of Luxembourg II (next to our school , opposite to the maternelle)
*Arrival : Amsterdam (12.00 - 1.00 pm)
Free time until 8.30 pm
*8.30 pm : meeting at “gare centrale” and grouping to attend the party all together at 9.00.
It is important not to be late. Entering the event as a group will avoid ID identification issues.

Sunday 25th :
5.00 am party ends.
*6.00 am leaving Amsterdam. More information will be given inside the bus on saturday.
Arrival : Luxembourg (11.00 - 12.00 am)
